Who are we?
The firm
EA Pro Nantes Formation is a company specialising in training in the hotel industry and mystery audits (hotels and airlines).
Founded in 2013 in Nantes (Loire-Atlantique, France) by Eric ALAUZEN, the company operates in France and overseas, as well as in North Africa and sub-Saharan Africa.
Its references are international, and the founder's stated objective, since its creation, has been to offer a service that goes far beyond the expectations of its clients, by means of: constant support, unfailing responsiveness, exemplary flexibility in adapting to all contingencies (of which there are many in the hotel industry), reasonable rates adapted to both the European and African markets.
The company is aware of the current difficulties hoteliers are experiencing in recruiting qualified staff and is therefore keen to offer them professional training services that are adapted and relevant to the expectations of hotels and their management.
Finally, EA Pro Nantes Formation is concerned about the environment and is implementing a paperless policy, making every effort to reduce the use of paper as much as possible.

The founder
Eric ALAUZEN founded EA Pro Nantes Formation in March 2013 after a long career abroad, mainly in Africa. A dual French and Australian national, Eric has always held positions in the hospitality industry, apart from his first PR communications experience at adidas in Paris. He has held these positions as Training Director or Communications Director in Tunisia, Egypt, Monaco, the UK, Australia, etc.
Eric has also run a hotel training company in Tunis, taught hotel management skills at two tourism/hospitality institutes, written articles on savoir-être skills (which is a real passion of his) and given lectures on the subject. For his training activities, Eric was named Global Hotelier by the American magazine Hotels.
Eric has been a mystery auditor in the hotel and restaurant sector for many years. His matrixes, which are constantly updated, are continually enriched by the scenarios he builds for each service with his hotel clients.
On the airline side, Eric worked early in his career in Sydney, via their advertising agency, for Qantas and Japan Airlines, where he was part of the team responsible for setting up new loyalty programmes, including mystery passenger actions to evaluate the passenger experience. Eric was a mystery passenger at the launch of these campaigns on the Qantas, Sydney-Paris-Sydney routes.
In conclusion, Eric has over 25 years' experience in training and mystery audits, which he is delighted to be able to offer to his hotel and airline customers.
